Would you like to learn to dance bachata ? Are you are enjoying much salsa and now want to try also with the bachata ? If either of the two things happens to you, do not hesitate to cheer up and take the step! The bachata is a simple dance and very sexy with which you can enjoy and have fun . Therefore, today we want to talk about the most basic steps of bachataand show you how the u teachers do it danceTo give you an idea of what this Latin dance and each time is more fashionable worldwide.
The first step that you must have clear to learn to dance bachata is the basic lateral step . This step of bachata consists, basically, in three steps to the rhythm of the first three times and a touch with the plant or the tip of the foot to the ground in time 4 , to move on to perform the same movements towards the opposite side . These four movement s are marked in the four beats of the beat of bachata . If you are a woman , you will take the first stepwith the left foot towards the left sideIf you are a man , you will start the sequence with the right foot to the right .

Another basic step of bachata is the turn of the girl to the left or to the right , which is performed by maintaining the same pace , passing under the arm of the man while touring . In time one takes a step towards the side towards which it will turn, at time 2 it gives the turn , at 3 it continues towards the side  and the last step is the same as the basic one, with atouch standing on the floor .

The third basic bachata step we will talk about is the "paseíto" , which is also called "walk" , which makes the figure of the dance partner change from closed to open . The man and the woman release their hands and take three steps towards the front , following the beat of the music, to regain their grip and make the same step towards the opposite side in the next sequence. This step is usually associated with movement of the free arm of the girl .



The last step we will explain is the basic crusade ahead . It is practically the same as the basic side , only the step that the dancers take in the second time consists of passing one foot in front of the other ; if we go to the left side , we will put forward the right foot and vicebersa . In this step the woman also tends to move her arms remarkably .

One of the main characteristics of all steps of bachata is the marked movement of hips , both in men and women, so you must do so in these four steps of bachata that we have explained to you as with the rest you will learn more ahead.

DIVINE MEATBALL SANDWICHES 

INGREDIENTS

two (1 lb) packages frozen meatballs, Italian style
half cup mayonnaise
one (28 ounce) jar spaghetti sauce
one (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
quarter teaspoon black pepper
two loaves bakery Italian bread
one tablespoon Italian seasoning
two cups shredded mozzarella cheese
one dash garlic powder

METHOD


In a vast pot consolidate solidified meatballs and spaghetti sauce.

five ounces goat cheese (if you can get goat cheese with cranberries it fabulous)
one small sweet onion, sliced
four - five fresh figs, cut in half
one teaspoon chopped fresh rosemary
half cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
cornmeal
olive oil

METHOD


In a dish saute onions in oil till a caramel shading, put aside to cool totally. 

Preheat stove to 450 degrees. 

Take off mixture on a floured surface to 1 inch thick. You can make it round or square each of the a matter of taste. 

Place on a skillet that is cleaned with corn supper. 

Spread a thin layer of olive oil on mixture.

METHOD
