New FIG, CARAMELIZED ONION AND GOAT CHEESE GOURMET PIZZA 


INGREDIENTS

one tablespoon olive oil
one lb prepared pizza dough, room temperature (I used Pizza Dough Bread Machine for one pie)
five ounces goat cheese (if you can get goat cheese with cranberries it fabulous)
one small sweet onion, sliced
four - five fresh figs, cut in half
one teaspoon chopped fresh rosemary
half cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
cornmeal
olive oil

METHOD


In a dish saute onions in oil till a caramel shading, put aside to cool totally. 

Preheat stove to 450 degrees. 

Take off mixture on a floured surface to 1 inch thick. You can make it round or square each of the a matter of taste. 

Place on a skillet that is cleaned with corn supper. 

Spread a thin layer of olive oil on mixture. 

Mastermind goat cheddar, figs cut side up, cooled onions around on outside. 

Top with mozzarella cheddar and sprinkle with rosemary. 

Place in broiler and prepare for 15-20 minutes. 

Substitute strategy: 

In the event that flame broiling preheat barbecue to medium high. 

Oil one side and place on a clean oiled flame broil and barbecue for 4-5 minutes. 

Flip and after that gently spread olive oil on mixture.
