I Don't Have The Time For Six Pack Abs Training And Other Workouts!

Time and time again I have heard a multitude of excuses as to why six pack training has to take a back seat to life. The most resounding answer for not doing six pack training and instead going the route of supplementation for fat loss is a lack of time.

I'll cover my thoughts on that excuse, mention a tool I use, as well as my thoughts on going heavy on supplements and skipping out on traditional six pack training.

Let me start my reasoning by saying I completely understand a lack of time first hand. I am a dad, personal trainer, traveling consultant, a business owner, I run 20 blogs and am now officially a Cub Scout leader. I understand time constraints with that being explained, however six pack training is still something I do 4 days a week.

With my time constraints, which are probably more similar to yours than you realize, I purposely plan workouts into my schedule. I do not always have time for a full blown 45 minute workout however there's no reason I can't fit in 4 15 minute higher intensity sessions. In fact, if you look at how I manage my six pack workouts I actually add an additional 15 minutes to each six pack training session!

Those higher intensity interval training sessions I mentioned are known as HIIT workouts. They are what Curves as well as Cuts (basically a Curves for men) are based on and I feel, as a personal trainer, contribute greatly to the results their members see. You train harder than in traditional workouts and have shorter periods of rest this is what I base my 15 minute training sessions on.

I own a few gym memberships as I travel frequently. I will be the first to say getting into the gym on most days is near impossible unless I find a 24 hour gym near me. This is where improvising can greatly help you, and this is also where I'll have a recommendation for you! I am a huge fan of resistance bands which I describe more at the end in my bio box. I first fell in love with them when I was using an ex-girlfriend's door based Pilates tool. The workout was intense and I remember her laughing at me after 8 sets of various exercises when my face was bright red.

When it comes to supplements, they serve the purpose of their exact meaning in that they are supplements. That is a stern reason why the F.T.C. mandates companies that manufacture or sell fat burning, thermogenic, or other weight loss supplements mandate a disclaimer. That disclaimer is that they work well with a diet and exercise, think six pack training, program! I have seen personal training clients hospitalized due to medical complications caused by a lack of activity and large amounts of stimulants. Does that sound like something you would want to experience?
