ROAST DUCK


INGREDIENTS

one (5 lb) ducklings 

two table spoons soy sauce 

one garlic clove, minced 


one and half of tea spoons sugar 

one table spoon nectar 

one tea spoon salt 

quarter tea spoon pepper 

one table spoon powdered ginger 

METHOD


Wash and dry clean duckling. 

Consolidate remaining fixings and brush all around over duckling; let represent sixty minutes, turning once in a while. 

Preheat stove to 350°F.
 

Broil for two hours, turning and treating with drippings every so often.
